Cole ended up winning by more than 15 lengths on Friday.  Decent start - ran off to the side for a little while but he finished way in front. 

5 Time National Chuckwagon Race Chamption

Cole won his 5th consecutive National Chuckagon Race Championship fo the Mule Race with his mule BB.

Friday's National Chuckwagon Races

Cole did not cross the finish line on Friday.  He ran his young mule Betty and she did not enjoy the bustle of 14 other mules at the start line and the officials moving barrels around while she was standing there.  It stopped raining magically at 1:00 and didn't rain during the races. 

The ladies in my camp were great about covering the Mule Only Competition on Friday.  Jennifer, Cori, Sheila and Carole took over the barn event and did a fantastic job.  I appreciate their assistance.
