January Mules and More

This next issue of Mules and More is one of the best I've seen in the last few months.  It has several great stories about trying something new with our mules.  It makes me yearn for spring riding and warmer weather.  Take a few minutes to read it when it comes in your mailbox.  Drop Cori and Sue a note about what you think.   Cori loves feedback!

Trail riding in December

We had some pretty Sunday's in November and December.

Mellissa

Mellisa is a 7 year old, 15 hand brown and white mare mule.  She has very unusual markings with lots of color and one glass eye.    $4000

Wow - It's been 2 months?

Camri
It is really hard to believe that I haven't updated anything on this blog for 2 months.  I have a lot of excuses - but none of them are very good.  I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and Thanksgiving.  Loren has a group of friends here for the weekend and they are out riding in the snow.  It gives me time to post a few holiday pictures.  I hope that everyone got to spend time with people they love and people who love them.  Holidays are rushed and we forget about the true meaning of the seasons.

Loren and Cole ride daily - despite the weather.  We have been fortunate that December had many days over 50 degrees.  We have been trail riding a couple Sunday's.  I am looking forward to the new year and hope that it brings all good things to you and your family.

UHCA Grand National 2012 Saturday

Saturday was a complete mess.  It rained and rained and rained! There was water standing everywhere.  The event took a small rain break and then went on to finish no matter how hard it was raining.  This was Judy Coffel and her mule Hailey.

Riding at St.Clair

Sunday we went to a Conservation area outside of St. Clair, MO.  It was a really nice ride.  The trails are clear and wide enough to ride through.  Great place to ride.
