Mule Sale at Boone County

Today is the mule sale at Boone County in Columbia, MO. Cori has been there with a Mules and More booth since Thursday. Loren and his friend, Jeff, headed up there this morning. I think that the sale is more a time for mule people to socialize after being stuck in the snow for so long more than it is the opportunity to find your perfect mule. Cori took the camera and I hope to have a few pictures to share. Let me know if you went and what you thought of the mules that were offered for sale .....

Snow and a Snow Chicken

Camri came over Saturday afternoon to play with Grandpa in the snow. She really wanted to make a snowman but this snow is not good snowball snow and very dry. They used the sled to put snow in a pile and Camri decided it was a snow chicken. She enjoyed sledding but Joe Joe was not very helpful as you can see.

Hank

Hank is an 8 year old john mule. He is 15 hands. He has a lot of trail experience and will make someone a great mountain mule. $2750

Ben

This is Ben being saddled and riding around the yard.

This is Ben. He is a five year old (in the spring). He is an excellent trail mule. He is the mule we have advertised in Mules and More in the January issue.
